I picked up a couple of sample cookies that were available during a class I took at birds nest in downtown Bryan. My husband and I each tried one and decided if we had any more available to us we would easily eat enough of them to give us a tummy ache. These cookies were absolutely beautiful, small works of art for sure. The flavor was perfect with no room for improvement. The texture and consistency of the cookie also couldn’t be beat. They were firm enough to maintain their shape and not be excessively fragile or crumbly, but still had some delightful softness or moisture upon taking a bite. I will absolutely be ordering custom cookies from her for future celebrations and will definitely find the time to take a decorating class.

Bush's cookie decorating class is so much fun! We got to learn some basic cookie decorating skills and it is perfect for date night! And of course the cookies are very yummy. I already took two classes and will definitely take more!

Ordered some cookies for my sister's graduation and I couldn't have asked for anything better! the designs are the cutest and I of course taste-tested one, and it was amazing and so soft! will definitely be ordering again. Well worth the price!

I don't think I have enough words to describe how talented and selfless Catherine is. I was in a jam and needed some custom made baby shower cookies extremely last minute. Not only did she take on this order for me in a heartbeat, she stayed up ALL night to make them, worked within MY budget, and to top it off, they were absolutely gorgeous and so delicious. They matched the theme of the baby shower I hosted so perfectly and she even checked in with me to make sure the colors and details were exactly what I wanted. I immediately knew she was trustworthy and was not worried about my order for a second. I will never forget this experience and I highly recommend her to anybody and everybody.
